Hi guys! Before starting let me give a little intro i m Riddhi Paul not a professional blogger
but a beginner.In this blog i have shared my experience and for the uninitiated one i have
penned down a list of things you can do to enjoy at Andaman.
Short message: This was not a solo trip , i went with my family planned by a travel company.
Here i would tell you how you can customize yourself for a solo trip. I ll mention all the expenses,routes the places and activities which we didn't do but one should surely add in their
to list. I hope this small journey through my blog will left you mesmerize.
ROUTE:
BY AIR-
YOU CAN TAKE A FLIGHT FROM KOLKATA, DELHI, CHENNAI ,MUMBAI, HYDERABAD ,PUNE,BANGALORE TO PORT BLAIR THAT WOULD COST YOU AROUND 6K-7K.
BY WATER-
YOU CAN TAKE SHIP FROM KOLKATA,VIZAG,CHENNAI,KOCHI TO PORT BLAIR IT WILL TAKE AROUND 3 TO 4 DAYS.
COST: THE ENTIRE TRIP WOULD COST YOU 30,000 FOR EACH PERSON. THIS INCLUDES FLIGHT FARES,TRANSPORTATION,FOOD,HOTEL STAY DEPENDS ON ONES EXTRAVAGANT OUT BEARINGS.
Day1: Fasten your seat beat for a awesome fly......
Our flight was at 5.30 in the morning from Netaji Subhas Chandra Airport,Kolkata we arrived at 7am. Upon arrival,you can book a precab outside the airport since we were with the tour agency the a cab was provided.After lunch we went for Carbine's Cave Beach.The beach was mesmerizing got perfect views during sunset.There were shops selling shell ornaments you can buy one for you to cherish the memories. Then we were taken to The Cellular Jail, one can visualize them back in British era.The light and sound show portrays how the British assaulted Indians the effects gave us goosebumps.

Remainder: For the light and sound show u have to buy tickets that would cost Rs20 available for each person. There are different timings for different shows.
Day2:Time to explore The British Capital of India.....
From the Port Blair harbor you have to buy tickets to board a ferry which will take you to Ross and North Bay island.The Ross island stood unshaken as a shield during the tsunami of Dec2004. The Ross island has wildlife sanctuaries where you will find deer,peacock etc.It is rich with fauna.The North Bay island is also known as coral Island.If you are a coral lover you should definitely visit this place. You can perform other water activities like scuba diving,banana boat ride,snorkeling,glass boat ride.

Remainder: You can book for this activities either at the harbor or at Coral Island at your own cost would range from 4000 to 10,000 each for per activity.
Day3:OH! Neil you make one HEAL....
From Port Blair harbor you have to buy tickets to board a ship to Neil.You will land at Neil from there book cab to Howrah Bridge(one will find dead corals which have turned to rock forming coral reefs),Bharatpur beach it is named after the Bharat character in Ramayana after a bath u will feel a rustic charm into the market here selling traditional items,Laxmanpur Beach- the best beach to experience sunset the long stretches of white sand will take u to the dreams of bollywood. Sitapur beach known as sunrise beach at low tide one can walk to the small caves.

Day 4:OMGGG Havelock.....
From Neil you have to buy tickets for Havelock.Once you reach Havelock book a cab and get ready for a heavenly bath... after a tiring ship journey from neil to havelock.Amazing white sand at Radhanagar beach with transparent water beautiful waves.Your time will for short to enjoy its breathtaking beauty.That day or next day you can go to KalaPathar Beach.When the strong waves hits the Kalapathar it makes a marvelous sound of crushing.Then back to your hotel and rest for the day.

Remainder: You can perform all the activities of North Bay Island in Havelock. Moreover activities like parasailing,witnessing bioluminescence is a must do in Havelock. Havelock is the best place for all fun activities.
